1. About WarriorBabe
“WarriorBabe,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Alpha Female Fitness, LLC d/b/a WarriorBabe and WarriorBabe Health, LLC, as applicable. Our services may include coaching, wellness education, memberships, support, and access to telehealth services.
2. Eligibility and Account Information
You must be at least 18 years old to use the services. You agree to provide accurate, complete information, keep your account information current, and protect your login credentials.
3. Medical Services
Medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals through the applicable clinical provider or medical group. Treating providers independently determine whether consultations, testing, prescriptions, or treatments are appropriate. Purchasing a membership or accessing the platform does not guarantee a prescription, treatment, or specific outcome. Coaching and educational content are not medical advice.
4. Payments and Memberships
You agree to the pricing, billing frequency, recurring charges, and cancellation or refund terms disclosed at checkout. If you enroll in a recurring membership, you authorize charges to your payment method according to those terms until canceled. Canceling does not eliminate charges already incurred.
5. Privacy and Communications
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and any applicable clinical Notice of Privacy Practices. We may send service-related communications electronically. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and your communication preferences.
6. Appropriate Use
You may not misuse the services, provide false information, access another person’s account without authorization, or interfere with platform security. WarriorBabe content may not be copied or distributed without permission, except as permitted by law.

Services and products may vary by location, provider availability, clinical eligibility, and inventory. Individual results vary, and no specific health or wellness outcome is guaranteed.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform and non-clinical services are provided “as is” and “as available.” WarriorBabe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and Access
We may update these Terms or modify the services. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. We may suspend access for misuse, fraud, nonpayment, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
